The IC693MDL645 is a 90-30 series positive/negative logic input module. It is mainly used to connect input devices such as buttons, limit switches, proximity switches, auxiliary contacts and other similar devices.
In terms of functional features, the module is equipped with an input group and has a common terminal. The acceptable external voltage signal range is 0-30 VDC and the nominal voltage is 24VDC. At the rated voltage, the input current requirement is 7mA. In addition, the module has an on-state voltage rating of 11.5-30 VDC and a off state voltage of 0-5VDC. The minimum on-state current is 3.2mA, while the on-state current is 1.1mA. Regardless of whether the module is on or off, the response time of the module is 7ms.
In terms of installation and configuration, the IC693MDL645 module is installed in the available slots of the 5-slot or 10-slot baseplate of the 90-30 PLC system. It draws current from the backplane, 80mA (with all inputs turned on) from a 5-volt bus on the backplane, and 125mA from an isolated 24-volt backplane bus or a user-supplied power supply.
The IC693MDL645 module also features no-disturbance switching technology between redundant components. The mutual check of running state and synchronization of control state are realized through high speed redundant communication channel to ensure the stable running of the system. When the working part fails, the spare part can quickly take over all the control tasks of the working part without disturbance.
